主角不是从前的帅哥了，换了一个“秃头”。游戏场景主要都发生在室外，比如公路上，街道上；六种武器（比以前的少了），在商店中还看到了一些新的装备。游戏中隐藏的物品特别多，似乎每玩一次都会有不同的发现~~~~。鼠标控制移动方向;鼠标左键：开火;鼠标右键：移动;按住鼠标右键不放：持续移动;鼠标3键：上翻为选择下一种武器，下翻为选择上一种武器;键盘1～9键：换枪，对应1～9号武器;W,S,A,D上下左右移动；F键：开关电筒。作弊码 cheatm 调金钱，买所有武器。
与以前的版本不同的是多了一个“救人任务”，在一些游戏场景中玩家会看到有“活人”蹲在那里，走进他，就会有一个光圈包围，然后就消失了。
